What is a performance review/song study assessment?
This is a video performance that I can use to get a feel for where you are at vocally prior to us working together or if you have a song (Song Study) that you are working on & want specific feedback on your performance & tips on how to tackle any trouble spots, video yourself singing your song & I will provide feedback via an audio or video recording that you can keep & listen to over & over again as you workshop a specific song.
Make sure I can see you straight on & that the lighting & audio quality is good (daylight in front of you from a window is PERFECT). You can use a smart phone very easily to achieve a great result! Upload to YouTube or Vimeo, then send me a private or password protected link of your video.
Go to my booking calendar to lock in a time slot. Email me a link to your video prior to the appointment time. I use this booked slot to review your video & give feedback in audio &/or video format. You don't need to attend or be available for this appointment time. You will receive your feedback response within 24 hours of the booked slot.
What is an online lesson?
For an online lesson you need to have a computer or device that can connect to the internet. Ideally you need a good fast internet connection. We meet up after you've booked a time & paid for your lesson online via my booking calendar.
The content & structure is exactly the same as if we were in person but using your device instead. This means we can meet up on a lunch break or in the evening at YOUR home - all through the magic of the internet!

I need to cancel or reschedule my booking - what do I do?
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment with 24 hours notice by either logging back into my the booking calendar or by clicking on the link in your confirmation email that gets sent to you. That will take you back to the booking system to make the changes you need made.
Less than 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations requires full payment for the missed lesson/slot.
